1. Delivery Charges
You will normally receive your goods within 5 working days. However, at certain times of year it is possible that deliveries can be delayed. Therefore if you have an urgent order please call us on 01827 881396. If we experience any problems we will make every effort to contact you, hence the importance of supplying a correct daytime contact number and email address.
If we need to send you more than one package you will only pay once per order.

Deliveries can be made to home address or any other specified address in the UK. However, if you wish to collect your goods then please indicate this when ordering your items. Your items will be reserved for 30 days.
2. Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please return the unworn goods in their original packaging and condition within 10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit so please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
3. Cancelling An Order
To cancel an order for any reason you must send written notice by post or email stating your desire to do so. This must be within 7 days after the day on which you receive your goods. We will then contact you to validate your identity and confirm your decision to cancel. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
4. Back Orders
If for any reason your ordered item is not in stock we will contact you to confirm placing it on back order. Payment will not be taken until your goods are dispatched.
Information supplied to us will only be used to notify you of Jilly Beans product updates or events, and will not be sold or passed on to any third party.
